How to live a life

Smile, because you're prettier when you smile. 

Laugh. Your abs will get bigger and more defined.

Don't be afraid. Fear is the enemy of great things. 

Love. When you love, you stay young and happy. Don't love in secret. People like to know they're loved. 

Don't be selfish. Everybody needs somebody who takes care of themselves. If you do that, people will take care of you too. 

Dream. Life is made ​​of dreams. If you do not dream, life will be meaningless. And do not give up on your dreams. Years later, when you get older, you will regret everything you left behind, because you have not had the courage to bring dreams to reality.

Be in peace with the others and yourself. Don't be mad with someone or something. Anger turns you old.
